PocketGuitar turns your iPhone or iPod touch into a virtual guitar. You can press and strum strings, just like a real guitar.
Along with several guitar sounds, you can also play Electric Bass and Ukulele. You can also create various sounds by using effects such as Distortion, Chorus, Delay and Wah.

Excellent, different instruments, effects and much more, great design and works almost perfectly. If you know how to play one or more of the instruments (which is not my case) it will probably be the best application of this kind.
dont have a clue about guitar playing but the program works flowless great sounds good and a friend can probaply teach me !!! ;) good work
I think that every guitar player should have this app... It rwaly is great... Once you put enough practice into it It gets pretty easy. Sofar I can play crazy train and detroit rock city. Sure it takes a lot longer to shift up and down the neck than a real guitar but whatever. Get this app right now. Only a buck
Great app when your taking a dump or out on a road trip, LOL. For a dollar cant complain. Rock on!
get better distortion then it well be a 5. LOL i learned a song from playin this! It was Hollow by Pantera. lol nd i can ply better with my real guitar tho. Really Needs Better Distortion!!!
Since I got the app, Ive been playing along side my favourite songs with complete ease!
Some bad moments
The only time I use this is when I need a referance to the sounds of alternate tunings other than standard

wast of money. very dissapointing:(
The only problem is that, as others have already said, I can press strings and the app will unpress them without me doing anything noticible or significant. Em is easy to play consistently, while D is nearly impossible. Am works well, but G is 50/50, etc. Please add some sort of sensitivity adjustment/control to country this. Otherwise, excellent app with great sound quality!
Impossible to play anything other than single notes, maybe an Em or A maj chord but otherwise forget it.
Silly stupid gimmick. As much like a guitar as a whistle is to a clarinet.
Unless youre a midget with micro hands with long skinny fingers its way to hard to play anything
The bass is the only instrument that will work. I get no sound out of the other guitars. Ive tried restarting as well as deleting the app and redownloading it from the app store. No luck. Waste of time
